Based Hatay, with frequent travels to the field areas, Case Worker works under the line management of the Field Manager & and technically will be supervised by Protection Officer. 

**Status:** Fixed-Term Contract(with possible extension)
**Expected Starting Date:**   01.02.2024

**Knowledge & Qualification**
- University degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or Sociology 

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in the humanitarian sector, preferably health based organization 

- Required:  Turkish
- Preferred: English, Arabic

**IT & Equipment**
- Proficient in computerized data systems and strong spreadsheet skills
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office package

- Conduct individual need assessments to identify the most vulnerable cases;
- Provide information & counselling, making referrals(internal and external)
- Communicate with the beneficiaries directly during the case management cycle to provide timely response;
- Monitor, review and follow up the cases which have been provided assistance;
- Actively support the conceptualization and development of creative measures to address community-specific concerns affecting implementation of PSEA services, in coordination with organization’s PSEA Committee and focal points;
- Collaborate with other members of the project team to meet the needs of the individual and the population;
- Plan for the weekly case management committee and prepare all the related documents and files;
- Preparing the services mapping and sharing updates with other team members.

- Provide reports on all the activities implemented to the Protection Officer and/or Field Manager according to the project indicators;
- Conducting appropriate data entry for each case.
- Filling DDD files depending on direct line explanation
- Contribute to the situation reports when needed;
- Provide a mission report and/or handover document at the end of contract.
- Ensure the documentation of each activity is in line with donor requirements;

**Analysis, Detection and Reduction of Risk Factors**
- To explore, detect and report potential risk factors influencing health and protection status of the target population;
- To develop and implement innovative preventive health and protection-related interventions and activities to be undertaken within the community. 
- When required, coordinate with other stakeholders to advocate and/or take necessary steps to reduce and/or eliminate potential risk factors. 

**Other Duties**
- Participate in internal work meetings;
- Report any security related issues to the line manager;
- Support operational organization of field trips and DDD programs;
- Report/share success stories with Communication&Liaison Department;
- Any other relevant duties requested by the line manager;
